Description
Two hi-rise buildings composed of two towers on common 3 podiums, ground and 2 basements floors. The first tower is a serviced apartments tower consisting of 58 floors (roof podium, 42 serviced apartments, health club, pool service, swimming pool, sky lobby reception, all day restaurant, 2 mechanical, and top roof floors). The second tower is a hotel tower consisting of 56 floors (roof podium, 33 hotel rooms, health club, pool service, swimming pool, 2 sky lobbies, 2 restaurants, 3 mechanical, presidential suites, executive lounge, 2 sky lounges, and top roof floors).
